Advanced Secondary Systems

Reverse Helix Trommel Secondary

Turn your heavy concentrates into clean, vial-ready gold.

• How it Works: Material is added to the hopper, washed, and flows into the Reverse Helix barrel where the magic begins.

• Maximum Processing Time: The 33″ x 7″ barrel features a 45-foot Reverse Helix Screw inside, giving material plenty of time to capture fine gold.

• Continuous Wash: A full-length spray bar keeps material in a slurry. Lighter waste material washes out the back, while heavy concentrates stay in the grooves and work their way to the front.

• Desert Fox Integration: Heavy material drops directly into a standard 12″ Desert Fox Spiral wheel.

• Final Separation: The Desert Fox meticulously washes away black sand and unwanted materials, moving clean gold up the riffles directly into the collection cup.
